Plain-language terms for using DataPop.
The service
DataPop is a Figma plugin that populates designs with data you supply. The free tier is limited to 20 rows per run. Pro removes that limit for $6 / month.
Billing
- Payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record; they issue your receipt and appear on your statement.
- Pro renews monthly until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Access continues to the end of the period you already paid for — cancelling does not cut you off mid-month.
- If a payment fails, access continues for a short grace period while the payment is retried.
- Refunds: email abdelrahman@kerdawy.dev within 14 days of a charge and it will be refunded. A refunded subscription's access ends immediately.
Your licence key
Your key is personal to your subscription. Publishing it or sharing it for others to use is not permitted, and the key may be revoked if it is.
Your content
The data you populate with remains yours. You are responsible for having the right to use it, and for the content of any URL you ask the plugin to fetch.
Availability and liability
DataPop is provided as-is, without warranty. It is a small independent product: outages and bugs are possible, and the plugin degrades to the free tier rather than blocking your work if this server is unreachable. Liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the previous twelve months.
Changes
These terms may change. Material changes affecting paying subscribers will be sent to the email on the subscription before they take effect.
